Routined app crashes on MacBook Air (2017) running Monterey

Hi. I've got a MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017)/ 2.2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7/ 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 running Monterey 12.7.6. I've got 179 routined app crashes and I'm too dumb to figure out how to read the crash report :( - Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thx you very much for the reply! Yes, I installed the Seagate Toolkit app when I began using 2 Seagate Ultra Touch (2 TB) HDD's for Time Machine backups. I uninstalled it and removed the kernel extension. Crashes continued & file speed got very high so, I just ended up running apple diagnostic which didn't show anything. Then last night I:

-Reset smc & nvram

-Ran 1st aid in recovery on start up disk (Along w/ it's container and 2 volumes)

-Ran 1st aid on 2 external backup drives

-Erased disk

-Reinstalled Monterey in recovery

-Restored my user account & data with Time Machine backup

Routined crashes (11 so far, today) started again today as soon as FileVault finished encrypting and I signed back into my iCloud account. I'm getting 2-3 crashes anytime I log in + other random times.

Btw, crashes started after 2 previous wipe & reinstalls - Both due to hash mismatch errors which seem notoriously specific to Monterey - I'm assuming the 2 are related? I'll try adding the external hard drives to the privacy preferences for Spotlight & report back.

I'll attach an EtreCheck I ran this afternoon.
