After being in sleep mode my iPhone 12 takes ages to reconnect to WiFi and often I have to turn the phone off and on or forget the network and then reconnect to get it to work. Also finding this with my iPad - version 18.1.1. My Mac works fine and so does my husband’s iPad- version 17.5.1

When was the last time your home router and modem were restarted? Try that and see if that improves your connection time. If it doesn’t. Please do a reset of your devices network settings.

Reset your network settings
If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
