Calls going straight to Voicemail

iPhone13 iOS 18.1.1

Used to work fine, now no calls coming through. A different SIM that works in a different phone has the same problem when I put it in my phone, so it is not a network problem, it is a problem with my phone that I have only noticed recently since the last update. Have checked many settings including Focus, and have tried many suggestions (like not sharing with other devices). Help!

iPhone 13, iOS 18

Ok, somehow my own phone number and that of my other mobile and that of my husband's mobile, had all got into the blocked contacts list - now I have scrolled further down, I see not phone numbers (which is what I was looking for) but a huge number of blocked contacts showing, which I am guessing have been shared from other devices, where they may have been blocked for spam emails. I don't know how our own addresses got added to that list.

But thank goodness, I can now receive calls from home when I am out.

Thanks to those who tried to help.

Thanks for your response. Silence Unknown Callers is off. I don't get many calls, but this certainly applies to calls from my home number, which is in Favourites and Contacts and definitely not blocked. I can call the number, but am not receiving calls, nor any notification. I do get a notification if a message is left on the voicemail. However, this sim does receive calls if placed in another phone, so I cannot see how it is a carrier problem? I have checked all the relevant settings. I believe it is a software glitch, and had hoped that updating to 18.2 would fix it, but it hasn't.

This is not a common problem reported here, so hoping an update would solve this for you, isn't likely going to happen. I encourage you to contact your carrier and see if they can help you.
