iPhone13 iOS 18.1.1
Used to work fine, now no calls coming through. A different SIM that works in a different phone has the same problem when I put it in my phone, so it is not a network problem, it is a problem with my phone that I have only noticed recently since the last update. Have checked many settings including Focus, and have tried many suggestions (like not sharing with other devices). Help!

Ok, somehow my own phone number and that of my other mobile and that of my husband's mobile, had all got into the blocked contacts list - now I have scrolled further down, I see not phone numbers (which is what I was looking for) but a huge number of blocked contacts showing, which I am guessing have been shared from other devices, where they may have been blocked for spam emails. I don't know how our own addresses got added to that list.
But thank goodness, I can now receive calls from home when I am out.

Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > scroll down > Apps > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers > switch off, if it is off momentarily switch on and then off again.
Is this ALL calls or possibly unknown calls? If it's all calls you need to contact your carrier for help. If it's unknown calls, have you gone to Settings > Scan all the way down to Apps at the bottom > Phone > Make sure Silence Unknown Callers is turned off.

Just a final thought. I’ve seen similar things when two people share the same Apple Account (formerly Apple ID).

This is not a common problem reported here, so hoping an update would solve this for you, isn't likely going to happen. I encourage you to contact your carrier and see if they can help you.
The duration for a call going to voicemail is controlled by your cellular service provider. Please contact their support team.

This has nothing to do with the cellular service provider. The same SIM works fine in a different phone.
