Cancelling pandora account linked to an old email

I’ve been trying to delete my Pandora account, but it says I need to unsubscribe to Pandora first so I have unsubscribed, but I cannot delete the old Pandora account with the old email. The subscription says canceled, every time I go to delete the Pandora account. It just gives me information how to delete it when I already know the information but there’s no process to allow you to do with the information. Says it just keeps sending you two information websites help websites please help me.
