how can I create a new passeord to get into my email since Charter had erased mine
I am able to get into my email account as my charter password, etc is non existent since

I doubt that Charter erased your email password.
Even if they did, you would use the instructions from Charter below to create a new password if you have forgotten your old password.

Erased may have not been the case. However, after spending 4 hours in their office Tuesday, I was told that they no longer use charter.net. (Found that hard to accept since I have access to everything else). Prior to that I spoke with customer service and told my acct., did not exist. II was able to pull up everything via iCloud except my email account. Please advise.
