Skin irritation from watch strap skin cancer?

this is worrying. I have removed my watch and several

months later I still have a rough scaly patch of skin. Is this the beginning of Basel cell carcinoma? Apple need to address this.

You may have contact dermatitis caused by an allergic reaction or sensitivity to nickel in the metal cases or bands. Nickel is used in the hardening process of stainless steel, aluminum and sapphire crystal.

Please make an appointment with your primary care physician and get a diagnosis of your condition. Your doctor may refer you to an allergist or dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
