We can underline and highlight text with a shortcut, but we can't translate it directly. If we want to translate the text, we have to right-click and select "çevir" (translate in Turkish). Why isn't there a shortcut for translation? I researched a lot but only found that Command+D translates a word where the cursor is located. But what if I want to translate an entire sentence? HELP..

you can search the App Store(?)
In Sequoia v15.2 (without Apple Intelligence activated), I can select a block of text in Safari or Pages and then right-click on it and choose Translate "..." from the secondary menu. The resulting dialog provides choices for the from and to translation languages including Turkish.
Did you answer like this really? I know how to use translate apps. My problem is different… ??
