Call forwarding issue on my iPhone

I tried reaching to my career just now ..I was told no call forwarding link to my number .. and I saw a code says *#61 I tried it but nothing changed .. it’s tells me same problem

Please I need help so bad .. I don’t know what’s going on or who to reach out to in this situation… have been really stocked in this and can’t take it … I know I was been hacked so bad because my keyboard as well types **** I send it do
