Bulgarian currency issue on iPhone for online purchases

This is weird Whenever I try to buy something online the currency comes up as Bulgarian no matter what country Im in ,ive just signed in to adobe cloud the app stated you have a new sign in from Bulgaria

we're currently in Cyprus we travel alot.

I've went to settings general location and set my location and language its correct however no matter what Ido the iphone still offers me prices in Bulgaria I've tested it with ebay instagram face book and others

Ive reset the phone on google and all the other maps my location is correct its only when i try to buy something i gat a Bulgarian price

Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it ?
