Incorrect email for FaceTime on Apple Watch Series 10

I don't need Facetime on my watch. I don't know how to move beyond or fix the faulty email address. it is not the same as my apple id.

How can I change the email linked to FaceTime to setup my Apple Watch? I’m trying to pair my watch with my phone. When I try and set it up it says I need to log into my email address for FaceTime but the email address that is showing is one that’s years old that I no longer have access too. This email address is not connected to any of my Apple ID or FaceTime accounts I’ve already logged on to check.. there is no other way to get into my watch and it’s really getting frustrating I’ve just wasted my money at this point! Different email is showing when pairing my watch -under FaceTime? Trying to pair my watch - after agreeing to the terms, it takes me to FaceTime where I have to put a password but the email address showing is not my iCloud email address. There is not way to erase and put the correct email address.
