Apple does not appear to offer a trade-in program in Turkey, if that's what you mean. None is listed on the Turkish Apple Store website. You can contact the Apple Store and ask, though. Independent Apple resellers may offer their own programs.

You cannot update the storage in an iPhone once you have purchased it. If you wanted more storage, you would have to purchase a new phone. Apple no longer sells the iPhone 14 Pro either.
