Access has been denied to Apple account

I have been a user of apple for sometimes now, I have not had issued so far with my iPhones. However, last week, I got a new iPad 9th for my sister and decided to create a new Apple account for her. the thing is the new email got disabled and therefor the Apple Account. Even though I reactivated the new email and verified the identity, i still got denied access to the account and left with a bricked iPad keeps asking to re-login.

Now that I have requested access and got denied without any explanation and reasoning, and I can't request access again. Just got denied access, Period! How is this a customer support?!

There is no way of contacting apple support directly. Please, I need help!

This is a user-to-user technical community. Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. Other than the site Moderators, Apple neither monitors nor participates within this Community.

Should you need to do so, you can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to offer assistance:
