Troubleshooting a Lost iPhone:

Granted Find My is of no Option:

What to Try:

A. Backtrack your Locations:

Do it the olde fashioned way and backtrack your locations. For instance, if you were at a retail store, then stop in, asking the store manger if it was placed aside.

B. Lost-&-Found:

Check with the Lost & Found department of the facility you were in, seeing if it has been handed over.

C. Contact Local Authorities:

See if the community police, or local security guards at the front door, can across it.

D. Use Craigslist:

Put a post on Craigslist, seeing if it has been found.

First free 5gb is allotted to save iCloud data , its your choice to sync applications with iCloud ( turning on the applications box ) , Automatically keep your files up to date on your iPhone and computer with iCloud - Apple Support

Use iCloud on iPhone - Apple Support

Note : you don't need to sign out Apple ID from the device , however it's optional to turn off applications box to stop syncing with iCloud .
