iPhone 16 Pro Max taking awful pictures

Hi, I recently bought the iPhone 16 Pro Max in the 8th December. I’m currently on IOS 18.2 and today when trying to take some pictures of a TV my iPhone when viewing it it’s really bad quality. Tried to have a play with the camera settings but nothings worked. This is on all zoom settings and I’ve also cleaned the lens and removed my case in case that was impacting it. Also night mode is off and there’s no filters.
