looping videos need a disable selection

in photos when playing a video the default is now continuous looping with NO WAY to TURN OFF.

This is a major ANNOYANCE !!!! Put the function back for the adults please.

cannot select videos in the open dialog box of other apps When I go to open files in any video editing application it won't allow me to select anything from the Photo Library. As you can see the photo library is disabled.

The option to disable loping was added in iOS version 18.2, released last week.
