If I share some or one of the photos directly from gallery and select icon of Telegram messenger, it freezes. Please help

Not an Apple issue. Apple provides the framework for uploading files. The app developers need to develop an uploader compatible with Apple’s framework.
Contact Telegram support team so they’re aware of the issue and can fix their bug in a future release.

And as SravanKra pointed out, this is an issue with Telegram not the phone. Ask Telegram for help.
This is not an Apple issue no matter what you might think. Telegram needs to fix their software, not Apple developers.
Please remember that this is a public forum, so when attaching a screenshot, please avoid including any personal credentials such as IP addresses, card details, email IDs, Apple IDs, IMEI numbers, serial numbers, phone numbers, order IDs, or any identifiable location information if you are sharing a map.
Of course Telegram is not from Apple. But this problem is definitely from Apple. Because when you use Telegram and share photos from Photos, there is no problem. But if you do it when you are using iPhone photos app and trying to upload, here is the problem.
