Safari keeps offering translation to a language I removed

A long time ago (in a galaxy nearby) I removed Dutch from my iPhone as I prefer English as a software language.

I'm in South America now where I'm visiting a lot of Spanish language websites.

Every time I hit Translate, Safari offers a choice of target language between English and Dutch.

No matter what I do, I can't seem to get rid of Dutch, even though I've already removed it from the system settings' languages list and rebooted the phone.

I want to remove Dutch as a choice so that the Translate feature goes straight to English when I press it.

How do I get rid of this secondary language from my phone?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 18
