I would like to apologise for this ongoing issue that you are having with the app freezing on menu items page. despites our attempts to reset your account I apologise that you are still having to deal with this issue.

I can confirm that we are aware of this issue now and our team are working hard to resolve this. We advise waiting some time before trying to order again.

Please look out for our upcoming updates on this. I can assure you that our team are working hard to resolve this issue.

Customer Services told me they would get my account deleted and then to sign up again and that they would restore my points.

They did this and still the Burger menu is broken!

If an app doesn’t work, it’s incumbent on the app developer to fix it.

The fact that a developer might not provision the means for users to provide feedback does not alter this fundamental responsibility.

I've had this exact same issue for months! Still haven't found any way to get round it. When I managed to find a way to contact Mcdonald's they just suggested I reinstall the app :( (Which of course I literally told them I did multiple times)

I checked the U.S. app store and found not the slightest trace of a meaningful technical feedback mechanism.

Yep same issue here. Been happening for last 4 months or so. Useless as crashes on burgers every single time
