My iPhone 13 mini has the popup "unknown battery" even though i've never had it serviced, it also says that i have 1% even if i've been charging it for 40+ minutes. Does anyone have similar situations, if so, how did you solve it ?

Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have the battery checked and replaced.
