Hello, here's hoping someone can help. Is it possible I can retrieve my iPad ID . I have an old 2014 iPad mini wifi/ cellular which I have not used for long period of time. I can't remember my Id/password, is there any way I can find this information. Please .

There is little help available to finding your Apple ID email address for your device, but Apple does have these tips:
If you forgot your Apple Account primary email address or phone number - Apple Support
If you are able to determine your Apple ID email, then you can reset your password:
If you forgot your Apple Account password - Apple Support
You may be able to remove it from your iPad as it is now locked to that Apple ID with Activation Lock, but in most cases it would require your original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller.
