What kind of charger are you using? An iPad needs a minimum of 12 watts, and is much “happier” with 20 watts or more.

iPhone XS Max battery cannot charge after upgraded to iOS 18.3.1 My iphone xs max with pervious ios has no issue for 6 years long but after upgraded to ios 18.3.1, it cannot charge the battery on SAME official apple lightening cable and official apple charger. HOWEVER, it can charge the battery when phone is power off and auto restart from plugging into the charger. regarding the battery charging optimazation was already off but did not help anything. the firmware team should be responsible for this. Even i can consider buy a new phone but this phone should not end like this. Please provide a fix asap.
