App limits blocking before reaching limit

I have app limits set up with password for selected apps, the limit is set for 3 hours and in the last week my apps have been blocked twice, saying I reached the limit when i’ve used them for ~1 hour only. The usage summary has the 1 hour too, but I can’t do anything. I know i could ask for the password and just unblock, but there is a bug here and i need it fixed. Anyone else has tips or the same issue?

An app is blocked after exceeding its daily time limit I have problem with app - getting message that app is blocked and you have exceeded your daily time limit. Further icons on the dashboard a timeglass appears. How do I fix this issue?

App limits reached at the start of the day I have set up time limits for my apps on my kid's iPad. She often reaches her limits by the end of the day. However, on a new day the apps are (still?) locked. They say the app limits are reached. The timings don't seem to 'reset'. How can I resolve this?
