iPhone 16 Pro Max Overheating and Keyboard Lag Issues

I am the owner of an iPhone 16 Pro Max and have encountered multiple concerning issues:

1. Overheating During Calls: While using the Telegram app for calls, the device becomes excessively warm after just 10 minutes of use. The heat is so intense that holding the phone becomes uncomfortable. According to the information on your website, devices may warm up under specific circumstances, such as during high-performance tasks. However, phone calls via Telegram do not appear to be a processor-intensive task, and this behavior seems unusual.

2. Keyboard Lag and Misclicks: I have also noticed that the keyboard periodically lags or misclicks, especially when I type very quickly. It feels as though the device is not registering certain inputs correctly, leading to errors while typing. This issue never occurred on my previous iPhone 13 Pro Max, even when typing at the same speed.

I kindly request your assistance with the following:

1. Please review my situation and clarify if these behaviors are expected for the device.

2. Provide recommendations on how to resolve these issues.

3. Confirm if I need to pursue a repair or replacement for my device.

I always use the device within the recommended environmental temperature range and follow all Apple guidelines. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving these matters.
