Error connecting mouse via bluetooth
Hi, I have a Razer Naga pro v2 mouse. It worked perfectly with my previous mac m3 pro, after switching to the new m4 I had a problem connecting this mouse to my laptop. When searching for a new bluetooth device, the computer finds the mouse, after which it takes a long time to load and the device does not connect. At the same time, the mouse connects to the mac m3 perfectly even after resetting all data. The mouse connects to a Windows computer just as well.
So, what I have already tried:
1) I updated the mouse software and also reset all settings via the Razer Synapse windows application.
2) Reset the Bluetooth settings via the console using this instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znWm5mUrKM4
Files com.apple.Bluetooth.xxx.plist and com.apple.Bluetooth.plist were not in folders
3) Reset the Mac completely to factory settings.
4) Disabled filevault because somewhere on the forums they said that this could help.
And unfortunately the mouse only connects to the laptop via a wire.
