Fraud charges with Apple Pay Cash

There are two charges with Apple Pay Cash UNAUTHORIZED on my Bank statement for 500$ each time.

I only authorized two charges and my bank statement is reflecting four charges taken out. Please help to file a claim

Transaction dispute I was jus recently scammed on Apple Pay out of $80 that was on my Apple Cash wallet I did not have the receiving number saved in my contacts I was trying to purchase something and I was tricked out of my funds I would to file a transaction dispute for a return of my funds.

reporting scam I got scammed on Apple Cash. I reported it to Apple Cash who said they could not help me. They said if I reported it to my bank, I could not use Apple Pay anymore. Have you found this to be the case?
