Macbook Pro 15' Late 2017 Won't Turn On

My Macbook Pro 15' Late 2017 doesn't turn on.

I tried resetting SMC and basically every key sequence I found online and still I am getting zero response from the screen, I also tried replacing the power cable and switching to all four outlets.

When charging, I do feel the surface over the touch bar getting warm, I do hear the fan working, but nothing from the screen and keyboard.

This issue started after several months I haven't used it, it didn't fall or was damaged during this period but it wasn't connected to the charger.

Hi,

Long time uncharging battery makes damage the battery. You'd better take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.

You would need to replace the battery.

Thanks for the response, how did you conclude the problem is the battery? Note that the CPU works when I turn it on (even without a charger).
