I bought new Ipad Air m2 when I touch screen distortions is that normal ? its good to mention that when pressed with pen same thing occer

How hard are you pressing on the screen? The iPad requires only a light touch to interact with the screen. Pressing hard on the screen will bend the screen glass causing the kind of visual distortion you are probably seeing.
