Cheat for words screenshot error

My 93 year old mother loves to play word with friends and use the cheat so she can feel like she can really play. However, back in November 2024, she had an update on her iPad Pro 6th generation to iOS18.2. Ever since then, cheat for words gives her a screenshot error: “There was an error processing the Screenshot” and it will not give her the answers or clues with her friends that she plays with. However, if she plays with a partner that the iPad makes up for her, it works. Any suggestions, clues, or answers as to why this is not working? How to fix this? Can it be fixed or do we have to wait for a words update?
