Yes, sort of. There are 4 places that can have independent volume settings:
You adjust the volume when using these functions with the Volume buttons. To adjust the ringer use the buttons when viewing the Home screen. Similarly, adjust when on a phone call. For Siri, ask Siri something and while it is replying adjust the volume.
Apps are a little different. There is a default volume for apps, that you adjust while using any app. But the app developer has the option to override that default setting, and many apps do, such as YouTube.

Thanks. I’m moving from android where the volume buttons on the side gave you the ability to control ringer, notifications and a couple of other things so I’m trying to figure out the change.
