Lockdown mode notifications on Watch

I used lockdown mode for a few days and then turned off. I am still getting random notifications on my watch that lockdown mode has blocked a call from someone. There is no notification on the iPhone.

I checked with one person and they had not made any call using phone or any app.

Notifications getting through when "do not disturb is on" Apple Watch is set to "do not disturb" for one hour every Sunday morning. One person's texts ALWAYS make my watch ding during that time. She is not an emergency contact. This only happens with that one contact. Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Thanks.
