I have a brand new MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.2. There is no Bluetooth icon at the top of the screen and I can’t figure out how to get it back.

Go to Apple menu > Control Center > Bluetooth and set it to show in menu bar.
Also note that using Search at the top of Apple menu > System Settings is a good way to find things like that.
