Charge cable icon not going away on Apple Watch Series 5

I fully charged my Apple Watch last night and put it on this morning and halfway through my work day and a charge icon showed up BUT it isn’t the usual red lightning bolt on the left and the time on the right upper hand corner, it’s an icon I’ve never seen before and it won’t go away, won’t let me factory reset, not sure what to do
