Unable to receive Apple TV verification code

The verification code to activate my free T-mobile Apple TV subscription is not being received by me on my android phone.


T-Mobile support has told me the text message is showing being received. However I have not received it. They have confirmed that the texts are not blocked and will continue to investigate. Apple TV does not give me the option to use my email address or call. Any suggestions?

  • If the redeem process by T-Mobile requires a verification code send by them, then neither we nor Apple can’t do anything for that. After successful redemption, Apple would be able to offer support for the Apple TV+ service itself. But the redeem process is between you and T-Mobile.
  • If the signing in for watching Apple TV+ requires a verification code from two-factor authentication, then Apple would send a 6-digit code to a “trusted phone number”, a phone number that you have marked as such for your Apple Account. Manage your Apple Account - Apple﹥{Sign In}﹥Sign-In and Security﹥Account Security﹥[trusted phone number] (verify or edit as needed)
