My Two Year Old iPhone 14 Pro has an issue with Board

Today i have visited Apple Service Center to diagnose the problem regarding my iPhone 14 Pro suddenly got dead while using. They ran diagnose test and said that my mobile does not connect to diagnostic software and there was no response on the diagnostic, so they claimed it is a board issue. And i was informed to change the board completely.

Is it really board issue, since the diagnostic test does not respond anything how it could be a board issue ?
