Printing in color with iPhone pro max 15

I have literally tried everything I could think of. Last week everything was fine. Yesterday I went to print & it changed it from color to black & white. Shut everything down, restarted, disconnected - reconnected. I don’t know what else to do & I have very important things to print that need done asap. Please help. I have iPhone 15 pro max & hp deskjet printer. Like I said everything was fine last week, I didn’t do anything new but now it will only print in black and white or grey.
