2. Why can't you remove it yourself?
3. Which model do you have exactly?
   1. The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are not available in white. Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink and black only.
   2. The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max were available in Blue, Black, White and Natural titanium.
4. Which one do you have?
5. Post a picture so we may see what you see. Avoid any sensitive info like your email or serial number or the moderators will remove it.

What merchant did you purchase your iPhone from? Did you purchase it at an Apple Retail Store or Apple online, or a carrier?

Apple does make white iPhones, but also multiple other colors. Color availability does change from year to year.
