Iphone 16 promax getting warm

Me and my partner just bought an iphone 16 promax and I noticed that when i take videos more than 5 minutes, both of the phones back of starts to get a little warm. Is that normal?

Yes, as it uses a lot of processor when taking video. It is normal when using a lot of power for the device to get warm. Unlike a computer with a fan to help it cool that down, the iPhone uses the entire case to help dissipate the heat.

It will also get a little warm charging. I'm surprised that it doesn't get a little warm when watching, but then again, it is how the phone is handling the work.

Oh okay. So its just normal for the phone to get warm

when taking videos. Cause, my oartner watch movies with his iphone but it doesnt get warm at all. Just ** taking videos. How about charging the phone? should it get warm as well?
