With the last ios update there is a delay for getting directions from phone to Bluetooth . The first few words are being cut off when using voice directions from phone over car navigation system. ie, " make a left at next street" will be " at next street "

Restoring a backup is not a viable solution because it's going to wipe out all the data since then.
I see this issue on both my cars so it's can't be a car related. I tried reinstalling the map app cuz some people thought it's a cache corruption but it hasn't fixed the issue. I have confirmed same settings before and after but still the same issue. Update shouldn't have changed settings anyway.
