iPhone randomly records telephone conversations

Sometimes when talking on my IPhone 13 without earbuds (ear at screen) it starts recording the conversation. This is scary and embarrassing- I think some people believe I’m doing it intentionally! I need to figure out why this is happening and how to stop it!!!
