Cancelled NORD VPN subscription - NORD maintains that it is still active and will not delete the profile on their systems.
I recently cancelled an annual subscription to NORDVPN for their services. I applied for and received a refund from the App Store (thanks Apple), and then requested that NORD delete any profile data that they retained. to my surprise they insisted that the account was still active, and that as such I would have to “contact Apple” to ensure that the cancellation was in place. They (NORD) even did this after I sent them a screenshot confirming that my account had been cancelled.
Right now they are refusing to acknowledge that I have suspended the account, and will not confirm the data deletion that I am seeking.
Any way, frustrating. Any suggestions as to how I should proceed?
