Follow-up on Refund Request for Unauthorized Turbo VPN Subscription (AED 229.99)
Dear Apple Support Team,
I am writing to follow up on a refund request I recently submitted through https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
On my Apple ID, I subscribed to the Turbo VPN app with a 7-day free trial, but the application was inaccessible from my region (China). I canceled the subscription within the free trial period and did not use the service at all.
However, I was still charged AED 229.99 for the one-year plan. I have already submitted the refund request on your system, but I wanted to provide some additional details here as well, in case they are helpful.
