Text auto reply I'm driving even though I turned off the settings

I have an Iphone 15 Pro , with OS 18.1.1

When I am driving , it auto replies to anyone I'm driving

But I have "turned off" all settings related to this....i.e.

Settings-Focus-Driving-Notifications

Silence Notifications From = Checked
No people added
Allow calls from Silenced People = On

Settings-Focus-Driving-Auto Reply

Auto Reply To No One = Checked

Settings-Focus-Driving-While Driving

Activate Manually = Checked
Activate with CarPlay = Off

What else must I do to stop the I'm Driving auto-reply from being sent when I am in my car?

So it turns out that in my car, the car-play Bluetooth settings for the iPhone, had many more settings than my previous phone, including an auto-reply feature which I had to turn off there. Once I did that the auto-reply "I'm Driving" stopped.

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
