What causes Keyboard and Haptic Feedback failures on MacBook Air M3?

While using my 2024 MacBook Air M3, the keyboard completely failed along with the Haptic feedback on the trackpad. This was so weird and I couldn’t figure out why this happened. The mouse still worked but the haptic didn’t. The keyboard was DEAD. The keyboard and haptic would come back but then it would die again. Did everything from resetting NVRAM and still. It is working fine but I am afraid of it happening again. Can anyone help???

Hello, I would suggest taking your MacBook to apple and telling them about this incident then they would be able to check your MacBook for any issues and possibly answer your question why this was happening previously.
