Buzzing sound on iPad Air M2 11" (2024) from frontal camera area

When I put the top edge of the turned-on iPad to my ear, I can hear a strange "electric" sound very clearly, which increases and changes (even starts to chirp slightly like a grasshopper) when using the screen sensor.

There is a similar sound on the iPad Air M1 2022, but it is pretty quieter and does not "chirp" there.

I wouldn't worry about this sound, because it can only be heard if I put an iPad to my ear, but it's the slight chirping that worries me — it's very similar to the chirping of my PC's HDD before his death, but much quieter.

Unfortunately, due to the sanctions, there are currently no authorized Apple service centers in my country. So I guess I won't be able to use AppleCare+, so the purpose of this post is at least to find out if the characteristic sounds are observed in other iPad Air 2024 M2 or not.
