I did everything the instructions asked, with no response. I then went to my mac to “add” a printer. I could not go anywhere from there. The page is empty with Name location and that was it. No instruction on what information they wanted. I am stuck

What is the make and model of printer that you are using? Also, is the printer connected to your network via WiFi?

Use AirPrint:
Your printer needs to be AirPrint compatible. If AirPrint is not a feature of your printer, then it just will not see it. So, google then model number and then quote “Find My"
