The Apple One bundle of subscriptions is for one Apple Account, and all devices with that account. The same subscription(s) would be accessible on iPhone, Mac, and any other compatible device.

Services like Apple TV+ allow for six simultaneous streams per subscription. That includes Family Sharing if applicable.

Note that the Apple TV app on Mac has its own sign-in, separate from the System Settings. It wouldn’t recognize the active subscriptions without that separate sign-in for the app.
