I have a Macbook Pro M1 Max A2485. After a time some specific keys started to not work (F1, 1, Q A Z, Caps Lock). They only worked if I pressed them along with a key that worked. For example if I want caps lock to work I have to press for example Shift (a working key) + Caps Lock. I already checked all tutorials and I don't have any thing on my accessibility settings that could be affecting my keyboards weird behaviour. I took my laptop to a authorized Apple dealer and they replaced the whole keyboard along with the batteries. Everything worked fine at first but then the same keys started malfunctioning the same way.
There has never been any liquid spilled to the laptop and no dents due to damage or something similar.
