Why is my video not showing on Facebook Messenger calls on iPhone?

While using any other application or you are not logged in, if we get a video call in facebook messenger it asks for face id authentication twice. Then audio is fine but the issue is with video that the calling person won’t be able to see our video. Also while sharing the screen it starts the sharing but once it asks for faceid then after authentication automatically sharing stops. Its happening in whats app as well.its the iphone issue please fix this.
