As I know iphone (iOs) restricts some important funtionalities for garmin watches, for example receive and make calls and speak into the watch, also answer/cancel call with text messages. Is it possible that it will be fixed with upcoming updates or it will be restricted forever? Thanks

Depends on which Garmin watch. The Venu Plus can make calls via a connected smartphone, so if that's the Garmin you have then you should be able to make calls with it. Many other Garmin watches can pick up a call but they don't have microphones or speakers, so you still have to do the talking and listenting on the phone - a feature that I, personally, can't see a use for.
That's a Garmin issue. It is up to Garmin to make their hardware compatible with the iPhone, not the other way around.

now after some updates. That is what I
found in the forums and heard from consultants. Also, it is written in the garmin website that these funcions are available for androids. So I am not sure if it is short term issue or it will be always like this. Because I don’t want to pay money for watch which has all these great functions but you cannot use it.
The last time I looked the Venu 3s was only compatible with Android for voice calls.
