My phone says SOS where the signal should be I cannot call 611, I can receive text and send text, but only to certain people, I cannot make calls. I cannot receive calls. I cannot set up Wi-Fi calling and there’s more but I don’t remember what the rest of it was.

You may need to contact your carrier for help -
If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
SOS means that your iPhone has lost its connection to your cellular carrier's network.
If your carrier does not have a support site, you may need to temporarily use another phone to contact your carrier to ask them to troubleshoot and re-establish service to your phone.
